Accessibility - public transport is just opposite the street (metro, bus, tram) Staff is excellent. I got a better room as i ordered and at the end of my stay i left my luggage at the reception for a day. On my return i found out there is my charger on top of my luggage, what i realized, i forgot in a room earlier that day.

Our experience at the hotel in Istanbul-Alibeyköy was excellent! The staff, Murat Bey, Mustafa Bey and Nazlı Hanım deserve special praise for their exceptional friendliness and outstanding service. They truly made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were delighted with the entire experience and look forward to returning soon!

The customer service was exceptional. I have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels most 5 star ones but never experienced such high standard of excellent service from the staff specifically the people who I dealt with during my stay I would specify Fatma, Ece, Nazli, Mustafa and Yasin. I really thank you for making my stay in Istanbul so great. I would only stay in this hotel whenever I come to Istanbul and recommend it to all my friends.

Hotel easy to reach from Atatürk airport. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, i.e. Taxi booking, and other other request. Particular to mention Selahattin, Tarik and Jasin, who did their best to assist us. There is a subway station just next to the Hotel, city is easy to reach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, i’ve dealt with Ece, Beytullah, Fatima and Nazli and all of them were smiling and welcoming. Special thanks to Nazli for her good vibes and for upgrading my room during my check-in. The Rooms are nice and comfy .. not as big as you see in the pictures but they are still cool

Ramada Hotel in Alibeykoy exceeded my expectations with its friendly and attentive staff, especially Fatima, Ece, Mustafa, Nazli, and Can. They made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for visitors to Istanbul. Highly recommended for its outstanding hospitality.

Great place I always stay here because amazing price, good location, very clean rooms. This time for us was great stay they have upgraded our rooms. I am very satisfied with managment also all the people who works in the hotel they were very great

The hotel was very clean the room service was perfect The girl with curly hair at the reception was very nice and polite. Every person that works there was polite and kind i will come back there again and i will recommend this hotel to every one
