Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Alibeykoy

I had a wonderful 8-day stay at Ramada by Wyndham Alibeyköy. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite room — a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I especially want to thank Tarik, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist with anything I needed and always had a friendly attitude. Overall, a great experience — comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a staff that genuinely cares. Highly recommended!

The room was pristine and beautiful, with very comfortable beds and many amenities provided in the bathroom such as a bathrobe, plenty of towels, shower gels, shampoo, shaving kit, and more. A steam iron and a board was also provided. The breakfast was also nice with many options. There is also a nice gym and sauna. The lobby staff Mr. Tarik and Mr. Taha were very friendly and helpful, and they made our check-in and check-out experiences smooth and hassle-free.

Accessibility - public transport is just opposite the street (metro, bus, tram) Staff is excellent. I got a better room as i ordered and at the end of my stay i left my luggage at the reception for a day. On my return i found out there is my charger on top of my luggage, what i realized, i forgot in a room earlier that day.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. Emir was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful. He assisted us a lot and made our stay much more comfortable. Also the bellboy Beytullah was very kind and provided us with great assistance as well. We really appreciate their excellent service and hospitality

The customer service was exceptional. I have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels most 5 star ones but never experienced such high standard of excellent service from the staff specifically the people who I dealt with during my stay I would specify Fatma, Ece, Nazli, Mustafa and Yasin. I really thank you for making my stay in Istanbul so great. I would only stay in this hotel whenever I come to Istanbul and recommend it to all my friends.
